Made to fit a jumbo size circus pops (available at dollar tree) but these are also great for other items such as goodie bags or cups.

Print from home or your local print shop (I recommend self serve printing stations). Cut by hand, with a cutting machine or a 3 inch circle punch (available on amazon). Paper choice is personal preference. I recommend sticker paper or label paper.
