FAQ

What type of paper do I use?  For chip bags and most treats we recommend Glossy paper (the thinner the paper, the easier to work with. We recommend 32 lb). Glossy paper can be purchased in stores (Office Depot/Office Max, Staples) and online at Amazon.

Drink labels we recommend waterproof sticker paper (8.5x11 sheets). No pre-cut labels. 

How do I seal my items? Use your favorite adhesive! Tape runner, double-sided tape, or a glue gun.

Where do I print my labels? Print at home or your local print shop such as Kinkos, FedEx, Office Depot/Office Max, Staples, or UPS Stores. 

I printed my labels, but it doesn't fit? 1. Double-check your treat size. Each listing should show what size package the label is made to fit. 2. Check your print settings. Make sure it is set to print as is. Do not scale. These are made to fit each item perfectly. Scaling will alter the label size.

Why haven't I received my instant download? A download link appears once purchase is complete. It is also emailed to the email address you input at checkout, so please make sure you enter a valid email. 

I got my download but don't know how to assemble it? Please email info@shanzcreations.com. We are here to help you and can give you step-by-step instructions.

When will my order ship? Depending on workload, backdrops/banners are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, all shipped items will receive a tracking number. 

Can I upgrade my shipping? Yes, you may. Please email info@shanzcreations.com for shipping rates.

How far in advance should I order shipped products? We recommend at LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT to allow time for printing and shipping.
